DealerSocket Cancellation Process

Follow these instructions to cancel DealerSocket integration for a dealer that has cancelled services with Lotpop

DEALER THAT IS NOT APART OF A GROUP:

Enter the following information:

1. No

2. Dealership Name

3. Dealership street address

4. Dealership city

5. Dealership State (2 letter abbreviation) 

6. Dealership zip code

7. Click CRM

8. Enter dealers DealerSocket ID (provided by development team)

9. Click All

10. Click All

11. Click All

12. Additional Notes: This is important IF the store you are cancelling has a franchise number. Meaning the store shares an ID with an entire group but that store has a specific franchise number. This will be provided by the development team. Type in the box that this store is apart of a shared group ID and we only need the specific franchise ID turned off. I.e. "This dealer is apart of a shared group ID, please only turn off franchise ###_#"

13. Customer Contact Name: This can be anyone at the dealership, we typically put in the GM or whoever approved of the feed in the first place. This is only used to let them know we have shut off the integration between us and the dealerships data.

14. Customer Contact Email: enter the email of contact stated above

15. Enter Lotpop

16. Enter your name

17. Enter your Lotpop email

2. Name of Auto Group

3. Dealership name

4. Dealership street address

5. Dealership city

6. Dealership State (2 letter abbreviation)

7. Dealership zip code

8. Click CRM

9. Enter dealership's DealerSocket ID (provided by development team)

10. Click All

11. Click All

12. Click All
