DealerSocket Set Up

Please provide the Site ID and a contact from the dealership who can approve this feed:

  • Retrieving Site ID: log into DealerSocket account and click the "?" button in the top right corner. From there you should see a 1-5 digit number; this number is your Site ID. *This can be found by Lotpop if we have a login for the dealer or by the dealer themselves.*

  • Contact: please provide a name and an email address of someone at the dealership that can approve of this feed once it has been requested by Lotpop.
    • Solera/DealerSocket will send an email for approval to a member of the dealership before moving forward with this request. The provided email will be used for that approval. 

Once we have the Site ID and contact, Lotpop Integrations will move forward with requesting a feed through the vendor portal and an approval email will be sent out. Once the feed has been approved by a member of the dealership, Solera/DealerSocket has a 10 day SLA to complete the request. They will almost always get the feed set up sooner than that but they are allowed 10 days to set the feed up.
