How to add a user to LotWalk

The following instructions must be followed to enter a user into the LotWalk system

  • Log in to LotWalk
  • On the left hand rail, click Admin
  • Under Admin, click Users
  • Click the "Add User" button on the top left of the page
  • Enter the following information: 
    • Username: Can be anything but we typically use their email address
    • Email
    • Set password to LotWalk888! and confirm password
    • Enter First and Last name 
    • Role: if they are anything but Sales/BDC, select Dealer role; if they are Sales/BDC, select Sales/BDC Rep
    • IF they are a dealer role, select which days they would like to receive the scoreboard email. We default to every day unless their preference is different. 
    • Under Manual Price Changes, select no unless they ask for that ability.
    • The most critical aspect of adding a user: Make sure they are associated to their dealership
      • Under Dealers, click the drop down and select their dealership(s)
  • After all information is added, click Add User button at the bottom left of the page.
