Keeper Login Information - ADMIN ONLY
- Log into Keeper
- Open Web Vault from extension
- On left hand rail, click Create New
- If this is a new client - choose Shared Folder
- You will need to create a Shared Folder and then individual Records for each login under this folder, see Creating a New Record below
- If this is a current client with a new login - choose Record
- If this is a new client - choose Shared Folder
- Creating Shared Folder
- Folder Location: My Vault
- Folder Name: Dealership Name or Group
- User Permissions: Can Manage Users & Records
- Record Permissions: Can Edit & Share
- Click Create
- Creating a New Record
- Search for Dealership name or group it is for and choose it so it shows on the right hand rail
- On left hand rail, click Create New > Record
- Record Type: Login
- Title: 3rd Party Source - Dealership name
- Ex. VinSolutions - Bob Ruth Ford
- Ex. vAuto - Bob Ruth Ford
- Click Next
- Title should be filled in already, if not: Source - Dealership name as stated above
- Login: Username
- Password
- Website Address: URL for login page of 3rd party
- Click Save
