How to enter weekly MarketView data for all stores - ADMIN ONLY
The following instructions are to be followed to enter in MarketView data
- **THIS ONLY NEEDS TO BE DONE ON MONDAYS**
- Log into LotWalk
- On left hand rail, click Imports
- USA Dealers
- Under "MARKET VIEW DATA LOAD", select first dealer on the list - This will fill in for all USA dealers
- Click Open next to drop down
- The only boxes that need to be filled are listed below:
- Autotrader - New Nationwide
- Autotrader - Used Nationwide
- Cars.com - New Nationwide
- Cars.com - Used Nationwide
- Autotrader
- Click the export button next to "New Nationwide" and a new tab will come up
- Take the number of results listed and enter into cell
- You will not need to select anything besides what is already set on the page when it comes up
- Do the same process for "Used Nationwide"
- Cars.com
- Click the export button next to "New Nationwide" and a new tab will come up
- Select New under New/Used on the left hand rail of Cars.com page
- Select All Miles under "Search Within" dropdown
- Scroll to the bottom of the left hand rail and click "Seller Type"
- Take the number that is listed for "Dealership" and enter into cell
- Do the same process for "Used Nationwide"
- Once all numbers are entered, click Load at the bottom of the pop up
- Canada Dealers
- Select any Canadian dealer in the drop down - this will automatically load the data into all Canadian dealers.
- Click Open
- You will only need to fill in "New Nationwide" and "Used Nationwide" under Autotrader
- Click the export button next to each and a new tab will come up
- You will not need to click anything on the AT pages as it is already set.
- Take the number listed at the top for "New & Used Cars for sale in Canada" and enter into appropriate cells
- Once all numbers are entered, click Load at the bottom of the pop up
