Reynolds - Dealer Instructions
We can work with Reynolds in two ways, see below.
Option 1 (Most Dealers use this):
- Dealer must create an email for us under dealership email address. Use this email for login username.
- Please use michaellam@_________.com (insert your cadence of email addresses you use for your company.
- Create a login credential for us to get into the CRM using the above email as the username and the following for the password: LotWalk888!
- We must have access to Collections and Focus
- If MFA is required, please use the phone number 913-543-1044
- We will login and download these files for you and upload them to LotWalk.
- This needs to be a continuous and active email address and login credentials at all times. In the event a feed gets disrupted or fails, we need to be able to quickly go back into Focus and resolve to keep accuracy within your opportunity/lead feed over to LotWalk.

Option 2:
- We can send you a document of how to set up and export the reports needed and you will need to build them within Reynolds. This can be a time consuming process for whomever you task this to. In addition to that, we need to make sure that person is a readily available for contact early morning time in the event a feed breaks so we can have them help trouble shoot.
- This route would require you to email these to us every weekday, or as often as you would like to see data updated. Simply put, this is a 7 day per week task that they (along with a back up person to cover for vacations and time out of the office) would need to perform.
- You can also set up a meeting with us to walk you through how to build out the reports if needed.
