vAuto Reports - INTERNAL ONLY

Important information: 

• You will need to create a Carry and a Sold file
  • Carry and Sold files are exactly the same but sold will have a deleted date filter
• Report name formatting:
  • Carry: dealerCode_carry
  • Sold: dealerCode_sold
• Filters:
  • Carry: Retail and Used
  • Sold: Retail, Used, and Left inventory in the last 90 days 

Reports

• Log into vAuto account
• Click Pricing at the top of the page
• Under Reports/Customize drop down, click Create New Report
• Under Fields, open all folders
• Find, drag and drop the following data fields

    • Vin
    • Year
    • Make

    • Odometer
    • Body 
    • Class

• Make sure you change dropdown from FTP to SFTP
• FTP Address: lotscore.com
• Port: 22
• Username: lotpop_sftp
• Password: Lotpop777!
• CARRY FILE - Filename: vauto/new/dealerCode_carry
• SOLD FILE - Filename: vauto/new/dealerCode_sold
