How to set up vAuto logins

When setting up a vAuto login, the following steps need to be followed:

  • Login must be made in the name of Lotpop. It can be in the specific name of whoever is requesting this set up. We just need the login to NOT be a dealer login so we can have access at all times. 
  • The following permissions need to be set: 
    • Salesperson
    • Finalize Appraisals 
    • Save Vehicle Prices
    • Dealer Management
  • The verification for Bridge ID codes need to be set to Grasshopper: 913-543-1044
    • Adding to Grasshopper will give anyone on the Lotpop team to access this account at any time. 
  • Once login is made, please send the login to Michaella or someone on the onboarding team (Brett or Brooklyn) so the login can be added to Keeper.

    • IT representative for dealer who could set up logins
