How to set up VinCue feeds
The following steps need to be followed for VinCue to set up feeds to Lotpop
- Feeds must be requested from VinCue. There are 2 ways we can request the feeds, both ways require the approval from the dealer:
- Option 1: Dealer needs to request the inventory feeds via their VinCue rep. *This is the quickest way we can do this as the request from the dealer usually counts as the approval.*
- Option 2: Lotpop Integrations can request the feed via the support channel we have been provided. In this case, the dealer will get an email from VinCue requesting approval for the feed. *VinCue will not set up the feed until they receive approval from dealer.*
- VinCue will let integrations know when feed is set up, they will set up the dealer in the app once feed has been received on our end
